Ingredients

  3. breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup (use fine breadcrumbs)
  4. garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  5. baking soda - 1 teaspoon (sodium bicarbonate)
  6. lemon juice - 1 (freshly squeezed)
  7. salt - 1.5 teaspoons (to taste)
  8. paprika - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  9. cumin - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  10. black pepper - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  11. chili pepper - 1 teaspoon (for heat)
  12. vegetable broth - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, baking soda, and lemon juice.
