Instructions
Season the steak: Lightly season the hanger steak with rosemary salt on both sides.
Prepare the grill: Heat a charcoal grill to high heat, allowing the coals to become white-hot for optimal grilling.
Grill the steak: Place the hanger steak on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches approximately 128°F (medium-rare), turning as needed for even cooking.
Rest and serve: Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
