Prepare the Sauce: Start with 2 tablespoons of honey, microwave until hot and bubbly. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons white vinegar, 1 tablespoon Sriracha, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and 2 teaspoons of minced ginger, a little bit of pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Mix well.
Prepare the Salmon: Make two big portions of salmon, removing the skin.
Cook the Salmon: In a hot pan with a little bit of oil, carefully lower your fish. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Discard the fat.
Add Butter and Sauce: Add about a tablespoon of butter to the pan and then get the sauce involved. Cook for a minute.
Glaze the Salmon: Start spooning the sauce over the salmon and after about a minute of glazing, it is done.
Plate and Serve: Plate the salmon, add a little more sauce, clean the plate edges for presentation, and finish with a little fresh cut herbs.
