  3. walnuts - a handful (crushed, for garnish)

  5. Gorgonzola cheese - watch the video to see
  6. mascarpone cheese - watch the video to see
  7. pecorino cheese - watch the video to see
  8. pasta water - a mug (reserved)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta: Add 1 tablespoon of rock salt to boiling water and cook the penne pasta for 11 minutes.
  2. Crush the walnuts: While the pasta is cooking, crush a handful of walnuts and set aside for garnish.
  3. Warm the milk: On a medium-low heat, warm the milk in a pan.
  4. Add the cheeses: Start by adding Gorgonzola cheese into the warm milk, followed by mascarpone and pecorino cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
