  1. bread - 4 slices (double roti, sides cut off)

  4. flour mixture - watch the video to see (used for soaking bread and sticking vermicelli)
  5. vermicelli (savaiya) - watch the video to see (cut into small pieces)
  6. butter - watch the video to see (for applying on pan)
  7. sugar syrup - watch the video to see (to pour on hot Kunafa after frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread and filling: Cut the sides off the bread slices. Place flattened cheese and mozzarella cheese inside the bread.
  2. Prepare vermicelli and flour mixture: Cut the vermicelli (savaiya) into small pieces. Mix with flour mixture.
  3. Soak bread and fry: Apply butter on the pan. Soak the bread in the flour and vermicelli mixture so that the vermicelli sticks to the bread. Shallow fry the bread on the pan until cooked.
  4. Add sugar syrup: Prepare sugar syrup separately. Pour the syrup over the hot fried bread Kunafa.
  5. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy.
