Instructions
Prepare Pork Mixture: Mix salt, white pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, water, and chicken bouillon into an even sauce. Add the pork and mix, then add sesame oil and mix again until all the meat is evenly coated.
Prepare Shrimp: Marinate the chopped shrimp with cornstarch and white pepper.
Combine Ingredients: Add the marinated shrimp and chopped green onions to the bowl of pork. Do not mix yet.
Marinate: Cover and refrigerate, letting the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes. Marinating overnight is fine, but do not exceed two days.
Final Mix: Wet a spoon with water and stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed. The wet spoon prevents the filling from sticking.
