Instructions

  1. Arrange Pot Stickers: Place the pot stickers around the pan with equal spacing, ensuring they're not touching.
  2. Steam Fry - Part 1: Turn the heat to medium-high and pour in a half cup of water so that the pot stickers are about half submerged. Cover the pan and let them cook for three to four minutes.
  3. Steam Fry - Part 2: Once the water boils, turn the heat to low, add a tablespoon of oil, and cook with the lid off to make the dumplings extra crispy. Move them around to ensure they're not sticking to the pan.
  4. Final Cooking: About two minutes later, put the lid back on and cook until the oil's been absorbed and the pot stickers get crispy. Flip the pot stickers over and cook them for one more minute. They're ready to eat when the bottoms turn into a beautiful golden brown.
