Ingredients

  2. raw, unsweetened cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  3. starch - 4 tablespoons
  4. sugar - 1/2 cup (for the coffee cream)
  5. Nescafe or any instant coffee - 1 teaspoon
  6. butter - 1 large tablespoon
  7. vanilla - 1 small spoonful
  8. cream - 1 box (optional, can use packaged or fresh cream)
  9. plain biscuit - as needed (any flavor)
  10. milk - 1/2 cup (for dipping biscuits)
  11. sugar - 1 small spoonful (for dipping biscuits)
  12. cream - 1/2 cup (for chocolate sauce)
  13. chocolate - 1 cup (for chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Mix cocoa, starch, and sugar. Then pour in milk and add Nescafe.
  2. Cook Coffee Cream: Stir mixture over medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Butter and Vanilla: Mix in butter, vanilla, and optional cream until creamy.
  4. Prepare Biscuit Dip: Mix hot milk, Nescafe, and sugar. Add cold milk.
  5. Layer Biscuits and Coffee Cream: Dip biscuits in milk mixture, layer in tray, and cover with coffee cream. Repeat.
  6. Prepare Chocolate Sauce: Heat cream and melt chocolate in it. Pour over the cake.
  7. Refrigerate: Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
