  5. panko breadcrumbs - for coating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Make an incision in the chicken breast to create a pocket for the garlic butter.
  2. Fill with Garlic Butter: Fill the pocket with garlic butter and seal the chicken.
  3. Bread the Chicken: Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumb coating for a secure seal.
  4. Cook: Fry in oil until golden, then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 14 minutes until cooked through.
