Cook the Mushroom: Color the hen of the wood mushroom in a pan till it's nice and soft on all sides. Remove the mushroom from the pan, dabbing off the extra oil.
Prepare the Glaze: Into the pan, add some mushroom stock and reduce down to a glazed consistency.
Glaze and Serve: Put the mushroom back in the pan before glazing with a little bit of butter and some freshly chopped parsley. Serve with some nice asparagus.
