Ingredients

  1. fruit juice - 100 ml (any type)
  2. gel on - 1 gram

Instructions

  1. Prepare the liquid: Choose your liquid (fruit juice recommended) and measure out 100 ml.
  2. Heat the liquid: Using a thermomix or a pot, heat the liquid to 85 degrees Celsius.
  3. Add gel on: Once the liquid reaches 85 degrees, add in 1 gram of gel on and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Set the gel: Set the mixture over ice until it sets like a thick brick.
  5. Blend the set gel: Break up the set gel, put it into your blender, and add more liquid if necessary to blitz it to the desired consistency.
