Tortellini in Brodo - inspired by Evan Funke

After watching Evan's chef table episode on noodles, I was inspired to have the crack at this dish, it's a labour of love but definitely worth doing. I was happy with the broth and the filling of the tortellini, but I still got a lot to learn on my pasta. That's what I love about FOOD. They will always the new things to learn.
