There was an Attempt - Kikanbo / High 5 inspired Spicy Miso Ramen

Follow me on instagram! https://instagram.com/wayoframen Can't learn to make ramen without making a few bad bowls. I tried to make a bowl of kikanbo / high 5 inspired miso ramen and it did not turn out well. I think my big mistake was trying to combine multiple recipes and that lead to the same spices being added multiple times which ended up being just too much. If you're going to try this at home, just start with Craig's recipe and only add things if you feel necessary. Good learning experience, though I feel a little bad since I got so much help from Craig and Mike on this one.
