How to bake sweet potato jackets with an Hawaiian topping "Ahi Poke" Marinated Tuna in Soy Sauce, Ginger, Chilis and Coriander. Fabulous time with my boys TheLeanMachines ! Marinade needs 1 hour chilling in the fridge. Use Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, Chilis, Coriander stalks, Spring onions, Macadamia nuts, Nori seaweed and of course Tuna Steak.
