Ingredients - 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped - 1/4 bunch fresh oregano, finely chopped - 4 cloves garlic, smashed into a puree - 100ml red wine vinegar - 200ml extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 tbsp chili flakes - Salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy! Makes a great marinade for any meat as well as a condiment! Keeps in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.
