To roast the cabbage, drizzle oil on a baking tray then place the cabbage wedges on top, drizzle more olive oil and season with salt. 2. Roast the cabbage in a 220°c over (430°F) for 35-40 minutes, you are looking for a good dark colour. 3. To make the miso butter, simply mix the miso with the softened butter. 4. Scoop the miso butter on top of your roasted cabbage and enjoy!
