He created it for Nicholas Coldicott's cocktail book, Tokyo Cocktails. Daisuke created something that was simple, complex with flavour and easily recreatable. The Scotch whisky brings oak and subtle smoke whilst the Benedictine brings herbal honeyed spice, balanced with lemon. INGREDIENTS - 1 oz (30 ml) blended Scotch whisky - 0.5 oz (15 ml) Benedictine liqueur - 0.5 oz (15 ml) lemon juice Note sure why the recipe scale was so small.
