Mutton Korma was invented by Mir Bakval

Mutton Korma was invented by Mir Bakval who was the head of royal Kitchens during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar. It travelled all over the world and every region added their own flavors too it. We are introducing our special mutton Korma this Eid at @junoonrestaurant from our Special Eid Menu along with crispy Mutton joints, Special Mutton chops, Koyla Karahi, Pulao etc. Our entire Menu will be Prepared in Desi Ghee.
