Mie Goreng with ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis.

Recipe Ingredients 1 egg, cooked as a thin omelette and sliced into thick noodles ¼ sugarloaf cabbage, sliced thin 1 handful bean shoots 2 spring onions, sliced thin 4 cloves garlic, finely diced 2 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis 1 tbsp ABC Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp sesame oil 200g chicken thighs, sliced into strips 6 prawns, peeled and deveined 1 packet egg noodles (i like the thin ones) 3 tbsp peanut oil Method Start by making sure you have all your prep ready as this dish cooks very fast. Mix the ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis with the ABC Chilli Sauce, ketchup and sesame oil. In a wok over a high heat, heat your oil and saute your chicken for 2-3 minutes. Next, add your cabbage, spring onions and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add your prawns and noodles, and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Add your eggs, sauce and bean shoots, and continue to stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
