Let’s cook a multi seeded Ghana inspired MEAT PIE (TURNOVER) recipe ✔️ Ndudu by Fafa

The idea of using a multi seeded bread flour for a Pie or in this case a Turnover will definitely raise eyebrows. It was a risk I was willing to take and the outcome of making two different fillings on separate days attest to how good this recipe is. I purchased the multi seeded Bread flour from Waitrose which has Pumpkin, Millet and Sunflower seeds included. These seeds gave the Turnover a nutty flavour and its a must try.
