Lamb with Greek salad 🥗 #shorts

Ingredients Greek salad - 1/2 red onion, sliced thin - 3 tomatoes, sliced into 8’s - 2 Lebanese cucumbers, seeds removed and sliced - 100g kalamata olives - 50ml red wine vinegar - 50ml good olive oil - 200g greek feta - Dried oregano Method 1. Place the tomato, onions, cucumber and olives into a bowl and dress with vinegar and olive oil. 2. Place into a serving bowl with the feta on top. 3. Sprinkle with oregano and more olive oil. 4.
