S&B Japanese Curry Recipe Ingredients 1 packet S&B Golden Curry 1 carrot, diced 1 large potato, diced 1 white or brown onion, sliced 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely grated 4 cloves of garlic, finely grated 1 red apple, diced 500g chicken thighs, cut into strips 500ml chicken stock 1 tbsp honey Salt to taste Steamed rice to serve Method Start by browning off the chicken and a large saucepan over high heat. Next, add the garlic and ginger and fry for 1-2 more minutes. Add in the sliced onion and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the diced carrot and potato, stir to distribute and add in your chicken stock. Cover this and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the potato is cooked through. Add the honey and S&B Golden Curry and stir. After 5 minutes, check the seasoning one last time and serve over white rice. Enjoy!
