This time we're making tsukemen or ramen dipping noodles. I did a lot of research for this one and decided to go with a tonkotsu-gyokai soup base for the dipping sauce. I was really happy with how it turned out. That being said, I could see a lot of room for improvement so I'll keep working on this one because I think it can evolve into something pretty amazing.
