How to make Hiyashi Chuka (cold Ramen)

Today we have a request from Shaowen Lo for Hiyashi Chuka. Hiyashi Chuka is not technically ramen, its more like ramen's cousin that only visits during the summer when its hot. Honestly, I've never made hiyashi chuka before this video but I found a couple of recipes and tested methods to make the toppings and I think it came out ok.
