Henry Ward Beecher When I started this journey of creative African cooking recipes, I underestimated the somewhat backlash I did receive and quickly understood it was not meant for everyone. The journey of experimenting coupled with the vulnerability attached to the dream at times filled me with fear. I’m glad I never gave in to my fears as years on I see more African Food Writers confidently embracing their story.
