Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/assiettecreole Ingredients: ½ bunch of parsley (100G) 6 cloves of garlic 6 green onions or a leek (250 G) Habanero chili (to taste )( I usually use ¼ or half of it ) Half 3 different sort of pepper (or a big one if you only have one sort Half a small onion (optional) 3 or 4 cloves ¼ cup of oil ¼ cup of vinegar Salt and pepper to taste. Directions Chop the parsley, garlic and green onions. Cut peppers roughly. Mix them in a blender with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
