Cold jelly noodles for Marc 🍜 #shorts

Ingredients noodles - 90g mung bean starch - 880ml water Method 1. In a bowl, mix the mung bean starch with 180ml of water until the starch has dissolved. 2. Place the rest of the water (700ml) in a medium size pot over medium heat. 3. Once the water just starts to simmer, stir in the mung bean slurry and cook this for 4-5 minutes stirring the whole time. 4. Pour into a bowl and leave it to set for 2-3 hours at room temp. 5. Once it's set, cut it into noodles and garnish with the below. Ingredients sauce and garnish - 3 cloves garlic, finely grated - 2 tbsp soy - 2 tbsp dark soy - 2 tbsp black vinegar - 4 tbsp water - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp sugar - roasted peanuts - spring onion greens - chilli oil to taste Method 1. Place the garlic, soy, dark soy, vinegar, water, sugar and salt into a bowl and stir until the sugar and salt have dissolved. 2. Divide into four bowls, then add the noodles on top. 3. Garnish with the spring onions, peanuts and chilli oil. 4. Enjoy!
