Ingredients Base - 250g biscuits - 125g melted unsalted butter - 2 tsp very fine ground ST. ALi coffee - 1 tbsp cocoa powder Choc topping - 2x 395g sweetened condensed milk - 2x bars 180g Tony’s Chocolonely - 2 tbsp very fine ground ST. ALi coffee - 2 tbsp boiling water - Cocoa powder for dusting Method 1. Start with the base by melting the butter with the coffee and cocoa (dont let it burn, just melt) 2. Next, in a food processor blend the biscuits and pour in the melted butter mix 3. Press this into a lined tin, pressing it hard using something flat like the botton of a glass 4. Let your base set in the freezer for an hour 5. Place all the topping ingredients in a pot apart from the cocoa 6. Heat over a double boiler until the chocolate is melted and everything is mixed well 7. Pour this over the base and bake in a 160c oven for 12-15min or until the edges are just set 8. Once removed from the oven, let it get to room temperature before you place it in the fridge to set overnight 9. Dust with cocoa powder, slice and enjoy!
