Di dalam food chopper masukkan cabai rawit merah, haluskan sesaat dan sisihkan kemudian masukkan bawang merah ke dalam food chopper, haluskan hingga halus 2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang merah, cabai rawit dan daun jeruk, tumis di api sedang besar hingga wangi kemudian masukkan garam, kaldu jamur, MSG, gula pasir dan air, kecilkan api dan masak hingga sedikit kering 3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, goreng tahu hingga sedikit kering kemudian belah dan masukkan telur garam dan kaldu bubuk, masak hingga matang 4. Sambal bawang siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Sambal Bawang Recipe (yield 3-4 servings) Ingredients: 100 g shallot 150 g red Thai chili 200 ml oil 3 pc kaffir lime leaf 50 ml water 1/2 tsp MSG 1 tsp salt 1 tsp mushroom bouillon 1 tsp sugar Fried Tofu & Egg: 1 pc egg 1 pc tofu 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp stock powder Steps: 1. In a food chopper, add red Thai chili. Chop briefly and set aside. Then, add shallots into the chopper and chop until smooth. 2. Heat oil. Add shallots, chili, and kaffir lime leaf. Sauté over medium-high heat until fragrant, then add salt, mushroom bouillon, MSG, sugar, and water. Lower the heat and cook until slightly reduced. 3. Heat a little oil. Fry the tofu until slightly crisp, then split and add egg, salt, and stock powder. Cook until done. 4.
