Rest the meat for at least 8-10 minutes before slicing Ingredients - Salsa - 2 fresh jalapeños, cut in half - Half a white onion, cut into quarters - Three tomatillos, cut in half (use green tomatoes if you can't find tomatillos) - Half a bunch of coriander - 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil - Salt to taste - Juice of a lime Method 1. In a bowl, place the jalapeños, onions and tomatillos, season with salt and drizzle with oil 2. Place the veg on a very hot grill for 5-6 minutes, or until you get a good char 3. Blend the cooked veg with the coriander and lime juice, season to taste Ingredients - Tacos - Grilled beef flank - Salsa verde - White corn tortillas - Pickled red onions Method 1. Fill your white corn tortillas with the steak, salsa verde and pickled red onions 2. Enjoy!
