  3. olive oil - 120 g (for the mixture)
  4. honey - 200 g (liquefy in microwave)
  5. lemon zest - 1 (from one lemon)
  6. vanilla bean - 1 (for flavor)

  8. self-rising flour - 200 g (plus extra for the mold)
  9. baking powder - 1 tablespoon (for leavening)

  11. strawberry jam - 280 g (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, add yogurt, olive oil, eggs, honey, lemon zest, salt, flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Pan: Butter and flour a 23 cm springform pan.
  4. Pour Mixture: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake: Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 170°C.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the pie cool, then add strawberry jam on top. Garnish with almond fillets and Diosmo leaves before serving.
