cinnamon - a pinch (for filling)
garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)
yogurt - watch the video to see (100% pure cow's milk)
tahini - to taste (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, a sprinkle of sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Add water and yeast, knead well to form a dough. Let it rest covered.
Prepare the Filling: In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the minced onion until transparent. Add minced meat, spices, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until the meat is done.
Shape and Stuff Dough: Roll out the dough, cut into pieces, and stuff with the meat filling. Seal the edges.
Fry the Stuffed Dough: Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the stuffed dough pieces until golden brown.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Crush garlic with a little salt, mix into the yogurt. Optionally, add a little tahini.
Serve: Serve the fried dough pieces with the yogurt sauce.
