Instructions
Prepare the broth: In a pot of boiling water, add the vegetable cube and salt.
Cook the vermicelli: Add the vermicelli to the broth and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix tahini and lemon: In a bowl, add the zest and juice from the lemons, and the tahini. Mix with a hand whisk.
Combine tahini mixture with broth: Add a ladle of the boiling water to the tahini mixture and mix well to dissolve the tahini. Repeat for another two to three ladles.
Finalize the soup: Transfer the tahini mixture to the pot, mix, and boil for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Serve: Put the soup in a deep plate and serve with bukovo and freshly ground pepper.
