Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bok Choy: Wash and dry the bok choy thoroughly. Trim by cutting the stems in half lengthwise. Optionally, separate the leaves from the stalk.
  2. Heat the Wok: Heat the wok on high for two to three minutes. Add some oil and wait until it's shimmering or forming ripples across the surface.
  3. Cook the Bok Choy: Add minced garlic to the wok, then the bok choy stalks 15 to 20 seconds later. Add the rest of the bok choy and let it all cook for six to eight minutes.
  4. Season and Serve: Season the bok choy with salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon. Plate immediately to avoid overcooking.
