Instructions
Prepare the potatoes: Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into desired sizes.
Fry the potatoes: Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until they start to take on some color, then remove from the oil.
Prepare the seasoning: In a pan, add a tablespoon of garlic, a sprinkle of paprika, dried coriander, and a little olive oil. Stir the mixture before putting it on the fire.
Combine and finish: Add the fried potatoes to the seasoning on low heat, allowing them to absorb the flavors. Finish by sprinkling a small pinch of salt and extinguishing with lemon juice.
