  2. green coriander - 1/4 bunch (about a quarter bunch)
  3. garlic - 1 tablespoon
  4. paprika - to taste
  5. dried coriander - to taste
  6. olive oil - to taste
  7. salt - to taste
  8. lemon juice - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into desired sizes.
  2. Fry the potatoes: Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until they start to take on some color, then remove from the oil.
  3. Prepare the seasoning: In a pan, add a tablespoon of garlic, a sprinkle of paprika, dried coriander, and a little olive oil. Stir the mixture before putting it on the fire.
