Ingredients
- lemon - 1 (juice and zest)
- orange - 1 (juice and zest)
- mustard - 1 tablespoon
- honey - 1 tablespoon
- sunflower oil - 6 tablespoons
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- broad beans - 1 package (Papa Smurf part)
- parsley - 1/4 bunch (1/4 of a bunch)
- dill - 1/4 bunch (1/4 of a bunch)
- peppers - 2 (bleach in a jar)
- squid - to taste (California squid jumbo, canned)
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: Combine lemon juice and zest, orange juice and zest, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and gradually mix in the sunflower oil.
- Cook the beans: Boil broad beans in salted water for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
- Assemble the salad: Combine the green beans, chopped parsley, dill, sliced peppers, and squid. Dress with the prepared dressing.
