Instructions
Score the Tomatoes: With a sharp knife, score an X from the bottom to the top of the tomato.
Submerge in Hot Water: Fully submerge the scored tomatoes in piping hot water. Wait for about 30 seconds or until the peel starts to curl away from the cuts.
Peel the Tomatoes: Remove the tomatoes from the hot water. Optionally, cool them in a bowl of ice water before peeling. Peel back the skin with a knife.
