Ingredients

  1. Basmati rice - 1 cup
  2. Grated Mango - 1 cup
  3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Peanuts - 2 tsp
  6. Chana dal - 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves - 1 tsp
  8. Hing - 1/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Ginger - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat Oil and Spices: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, chana dal, curry leaves, hing, turmeric powder, chop ginger, and mix it.
  2. Add Mango and Rice: Then add grated mango, some water, let it simmer & add some salt and add boiled basmati rice, and mix it nicely.
