Prepare the base layer: Beat together two eggs, a cup of semolina, and a little vanilla until the mixture turns white. Add a quarter cup of oil, a quarter cup of milk, two cups of flour, and one teaspoon of yeast. Mix well.
Bake the base layer: Pour the base layer mixture into a baking dish and bake until set and lightly golden. Allow to cool.
Prepare the middle layer: Mix half a cup of milk, three tablespoons of pastry cream or Maizena, two tablespoons of sugar, semolina, and one teaspoon of vanilla until well combined.
Add fruits: Pour the middle layer over the cooled base layer. Add sliced bananas or any desired fruits on top.
Prepare the top layer: Combine two cups of orange juice, two tablespoons of sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla. Cook until slightly thickened.
Assemble the cake: Pour the top layer over the fruits. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
