  9. Chantilly cream - 90 grams (for filling)
  10. cream cheese - 250 grams (softened)
  11. powdered sugar - 63 grams (for sweetness)
  12. milk chocolate - 150 grams (melted)
  13. hot milk - 150 ml (for soaking)
  14. Nescafe - 1 teaspoon (instant coffee)
  15. sugar - 1 teaspoon (for coffee)
  16. butter - 50 grams (for chocolate sauce)
  17. milk - 100 ml (for chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. Beat Eggs: Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla for 10 minutes at high speed.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add milk and oil, then beat at low speed.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa over the mixture and beat until combined.
  4. Prepare Baking Tray: Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool and Slice Cake: Let the cake cool, then slice it into two layers.
  7. Prepare Filling: Mix Chantilly cream with cold milk until softened.
  8. Make Chocolate Cream: Whip cream cheese with melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then add Chantilly cream.
  9. Soak Cake Layers: Melt Nescafe and sugar in hot milk and soak the cake layers.
  10. Assemble Cake: Layer the cake with cream and soak each layer with milk.
  11. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate the cake overnight.
  12. Prepare Chocolate Sauce: Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave, let cool, then pour over the cake.
  13. Decorate: Decorate with grated chocolate and strawberries before serving.
