Ingredients

  1. chicken breast - 150g
  2. lemon juice - 15g
  3. olive oil - 10g
  4. garlic clove, minced - 1
  5. salt - 6g
  6. tomato paste - 30g
  7. coriander seed - 1/2 tsp (ground)
  8. cumin - 1/2 tsp (ground)
  9. paprika - 1/2 tsp
  10. onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. pepper - 1/2 tsp
  12. Greek yogurt - 50g
  13. frozen fries/chips - 150g (recommended potato utopia rustic skin on fries)
  14. mozzarella cheese - 50g
  15. garlic sauce/toum - to taste (optional)
  16. BBQ sauce - to taste (salt and sugar reduced, optional)
  17. sweet chilli sauce - to taste (optional)
  18. normal chilli sauce - to taste (optional)
  19. tomato sauce - to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken breast with lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, tomato paste, ground coriander, cumin, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and Greek yogurt. Mix well and let marinate.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes or bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for 15-25 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Chips/Fries: Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes or bake in the oven at 220°C (430°F) for 20 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Snack Pack: Layer the cooked chips/fries in a bowl, top with cooked chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and finish with your choice of sauce.
