Prepare the Cake Batter: Beat 3 eggs with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 0.5 cup sugar very well until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Prepare the Mango Jelly: Dissolve 2 packets of mango jelly powder in 2 cups of water. Stir well and let it cool completely to set.
Assemble the Cake: Once the cake is baked, pour syrup or water mixed with honey over it to moisten. Spread the mango cream layer on top. Add fresh mango pieces over the cream. Finally, pour the cooled mango jelly layer on top.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the assembled cake for at least 2 hours to set the layers. Cut and serve chilled.
