- onion - ½ piece (diced)
- celery - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- carrot - 1 piece (diced)
- corn kernel - 50 g (can use frozen or canned)
- unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons (for sautéing)
- all-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons (for thickening)
- water - 350 ml (for soup base)
- milk - 350 ml (for creaminess)
- chicken powder - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
- sugar - 1 teaspoon (to balance flavor)
- dried parsley - ½ teaspoon (for visual appeal)
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Prep Vegetables: Dice the onion, mince the garlic, slice the celery, and dice the carrot.
- Fry Chicken: Heat a little oil and fry the chicken until browned. Drain and cut into pieces.
