  4. soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (for seasoning)
  5. sugar - 1 teaspoon (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and the green onions into appropriate sizes.
  2. Mix Seasoning: Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, pepper) in advance.
  3. Fry Green Onions: Lightly coat a pan with oil and fry the green onions first.
