cooked rice - 2 cups (prepared)
tender coriander stems - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
spring onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
prepared garlic sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
black peppercorns - ½ tsp (crushed)
Instructions
Cook Pineapple: In a wok, melt butter, add pineapple, and cook for 1 minute.
Fry Rice: Add prepared sauteed garlic, remaining butter, salt, cooked egg trimmings, and cooked rice, and toss on high flames for 2-3 minutes.
Finish and Serve: Mix in tender coriander stems, spring onion, garlic sauce, and crushed black peppercorns. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander sprig.
