  5. garlic powder - 2 tsp (2 tsp)
  6. paprika - 2 tsp (2 tsp)
  7. baking powder - 2 tsp (2 tsp)
  8. butter - 100 g (100 g)
  9. tomato paste - 1 tbsp (1 tbsp)
  10. hot sauce - 2 tbsp (2 tbsp, such as Sriracha)
  11. honey - 1 tbsp (1 tbsp)
  12. garlic - 2 cloves (2 cloves, pressed)
  13. water - ½ dl (½ dl)
  14. buttermilk, creme fraiche, or Greek yogurt - 2 dl (2 dl)
  15. mayonnaise - 1 dl (1 dl)
  16. fresh parsley - 2 tbsp (2 tbsp, finely chopped)
  17. chives - 1 tbsp (1 tbsp, finely chopped)
  18. lemon juice - 1 tbsp (1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings: Dab the chicken wings dry and toss them with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.
  2. Bake the Wings: Bake the wings in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Alternatively, you can deep-fry them until golden and crispy.
  3. Make the Buffalo Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add tomato paste, hot sauce, honey, pressed garlic, and water. Adjust the taste to achieve a perfect balance between spicy, sweet, and sour. Keep the sauce warm.
  4. Prepare the Ranch Dressing: Mix buttermilk (or alternative), mayonnaise, finely chopped herbs, pressed garlic, onion powder, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Coat the Wings with Buffalo Sauce: Once the wings are done, immediately toss them in the Buffalo sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve: Serve the Buffalo wings with the ranch dressing and optionally with carrot and celery sticks.
