Ingredients

  1. ripe bananas - 2
  2. pebble ice - 500 g
  3. salt - a sprinkle (a sprinkle)
  4. lemon juice - 1 and 1/2 oz
  5. derara sugar - 1 and 1/2 oz
  6. Prosecco - watch the video to see (adjust to fill half the glass)
  7. nutmeg - to taste (shaved, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bananas: Undress two ripe bananas into the blender.
  2. Add Ingredients: Measure out 500 g of pebble ice, a sprinkle of salt, 1 and 1/2 oz of lemon juice, and 1 and 1/2 oz of derara sugar into the blender.
  3. Blend: Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Serve: Pour the blend into a frozen coupe glass, leaving it about half empty.
  5. Add Prosecco: Pour the same amount of Prosecco into the glass.
  6. Stir: Stir the mixture all the way through with a spoon.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with shaved nutmeg over the top.
