Ingredients

  1. red apples - 2 (cut into slices)
  2. healthy habits protein granola with peanut butter - 200g
  3. medium eggs - 3
  4. honey - 150g
  5. olive oil - 150g (plus extra for the pan)
  6. vanillin - 2
  7. all-purpose flour - 150g (plus extra for the pan)
  8. baking powder - watch the video to see
  9. salt - a pinch (a pinch)
  10. cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs and honey until fluffy. Slowly add the olive oil, then the vanillin. Next, incorporate the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix briefly to avoid overmixing.
  2. Add Apples and Granola: Peel and slice the apples. Add them to the mixture. Then, add the granola and mix until just combined.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased and floured pan with a detachable base. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (302°F) for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Serve: Once baked, remove the apple pie from the oven and let it cool. Serve as is or with a little honey and cinnamon on top if desired.
