YELLOW SMASH - Fresh Mint, Citrus & Yellow Chartreuse Goodness!

The Yellow Smash was created in Munich by Klaus St. Rainer of the “Goldene Bar”. It is a typical smash cocktail - a sour made with fresh herbs to impart more flavour, depth, colour and aroma. The smash style of cocktails are derived from the julep family. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker 2. Shake with ice 3. Strain into a double old fashioned glass 4.
