This is How You Bake The BEST Lazy Sesame No-Knead Sourdough Bread

This is how you make a world class delicious no-knead sourdough bread with sesame seeds, or any other toppings that you like. It's easy to follow and for everyone who likes to be lazy like me. Using this recipe you will be rewarded with delicious sourdough bread every time. Recipe for the bread: - 500 grams of bread flour - 350 grams of water (70%) - depends on your flour (see video) - 100 grams of active sourdough starter (20%) - 50 grams of black sesame seeds (10%) - 10 grams of salt (2%) - Some more sesame seeds for the topping Instructions: 1. Make sure you have a healthy and active sourdough starter and feed it on thursday evening using a 1:5:5 ratio (10 grams starter, 50 grams flour, 50 grams water) 2. Mix flour and water of your main dough on thursday evening 3. Mix all ingredients together in the morning (dough, seeds, salt and starter) on friday morning 4. Wait until dough reached X size increase (see video) 5. Shape the bread and cover in seeds 6. Proof 30 minutes at room temperature 7. Place in fridge over night 8. Bake on saturday morning directly out of the fridge with steam at 230°C for 25 minutes 9.
